• Job Title: Project Manager II (non-IT)

• Location: Remote in US

• Duration: 12+ months contract, Full-Time

 

Responsibilities

• Push interactive jobs through the agency
• Act as the liaison between the technical and creative teams
• Produce job summaries, SOWs and detailed schedules
• Lead all production-related meetings regarding interactive jobs in your purview
• Trigger project assessment meetings
• The buck stops with you regarding on-time performance, project accuracy and being on-strategy
• Process changes and provide day-to-day project direction
• Initiate and oversee the routing process; dynamically audit reviewers list based on process stage
• Understand the regulatory Veeva process; prepare all jobs to go through Veeva
• Coordinate interactive resources with studio/programming/creative leads
• A communications pro who proactively provides information to clients and monitors and produces change orders
